About HealingME
HealingME, PLLC is a non-emergency, mobile private-duty concierge nursing service dedicated to bringing compassionate, professional nursing care directly to clients where they need it most.
At HealingME, we understand that healthcare doesn’t end when you leave the doctor’s office or hospital. Your concierge nurse will serve as an additional layer of professional support, helping you understand your care plan, organize healthcare information, monitor your wellness, prepare for appointments, communicate concerns, and coordinate with members of your healthcare team.
Our services are designed to complement—not replace—traditional home health, hospice, primary care, hospital, and specialty care services. We work alongside existing healthcare providers and care teams to provide additional nursing support, education, monitoring, and advocacy when appropriate.
Whether you are caring for yourself or helping manage the care of someone you love, you don’t have to navigate every detail alone. HealingME provides convenient care in homes, workplaces, hotels, senior living communities, and other appropriate locations, allowing our clients to receive professional nursing services in an environment that works for them.
Our primarily private-pay model allows us to focus on personalized service and flexible care options, while our Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages provide opportunities for clients to select a level of support that aligns with their individual needs. HealingME also seeks to develop appropriate referral relationships and selected contractual partnerships with healthcare and community organizations.

Nursing Assessments
Receive personalized nursing assessments designed to help identify current needs, monitor changes in health status, and provide appropriate recommendations or coordination with the client’s healthcare team.
Medication Support
We provide nursing support related to medication management, education, organization, and administration when appropriate and within applicable orders, regulations, and scope of practice.
Chronic Disease Management
Ongoing nursing support for clients living with chronic health conditions. Our goal is to help clients better understand and manage their conditions while supporting communication and coordination with their healthcare providers.
Wellness Visits
Convenient nursing wellness visits designed to provide additional support, monitoring, education, and health-focused attention between routine medical appointments.
Pre-Surgical Education
Help prepare for an upcoming procedure through individualized nursing education and guidance. We help clients understand preparation instructions, what to expect, and questions they may want to discuss with their healthcare team.
Post-Hospital Discharge Follow-Ups
Transitioning home after a hospital stay can be challenging. HealingME provides follow-up nursing support to help clients understand discharge instructions, monitor their recovery, identify concerns, and communicate appropriately with their healthcare providers.
Patient Advocacy
Healthcare can involve multiple providers, appointments, medications, and instructions. Our patient advocacy services help clients and families better understand their care, prepare questions, communicate concerns, and navigate the healthcare system with greater confidence.
IV Medication Administration
When prescribed and clinically appropriate, HealingME can provide IV medication administration in accordance with physician orders, applicable regulations, and professional nursing standards.
Laboratory Specimen Collection
Laboratory specimen collection may be provided when applicable and when supported by appropriate physician orders and within applicable regulatory and professional requirements.
Concierge Nursing Memberships
Our monthly membership plans give you ongoing access to a Registered Nurse who can help monitor your health, provide education, coordinate care, communicate with your healthcare team, and help you feel more confident navigating your healthcare journey.

- Silver Membership Package: Includes a comprehensive nursing wellness assessment upon enrollment, medication reconciliation and education, vital signs, blood pressure, blood glucose monitoring, fall-risk screening, home safety evaluation, monthly elder wellness visits, provider care coordination, appointment reminders, secure phone support during business hours, and family updates with the client’s consent. This a great choice for older adults living independently, clients managing medications or chronic conditions, and families who want the reassurance of routine professional nursing oversight that will also include an initial laboratory blood specimen collection and two scheduled nursing visits per month.
- Gold Membership Package: Includes enhanced weekly wellness assessments designed for clients who need more frequent monitoring and hands-on nursing support that provides four weekly scheduled nursing visits, weekly medication review, priority scheduling, family/caregiver education, monthly care plan review, once monthly laboratory blood specimen collection, primary care/specialist care coordination, chronic-disease monitoring, nutrition/hydration coaching, personalized health goals, hospital discharge follow-up, weekday after-hours phone support, and one physician appointment accompaniment visit per month.
- Platinum Membership Package: Includes All Gold Package Services with Premier Concierge Nursing support at the highest level designed for individuals and families who require at least eight scheduled nursing visits per month, priority/same-day scheduling, Saturday telephone support (by appointment only), medication organization & weekly review, family care conferences, up to 2 appointment accompaniment visits per month, travel companion nursing coordination, specialist appointment and referral coordination, hospital discharge transition planning, twice monthly laboratory blood specimen collections, comprehensive coordination with pharmacies, physicians, and medical equipment providers to provide greater assistance navigating complex or changing healthcare needs.
